How to change Suspend to RAM to Suspend to disk after xx minutes

Is there a way to tell my MBP to suspend to RAM and after for example 30 minutes to suspend to disk?

Or does anyone know a program to tell my MBP to immediately suspend to disk for the next suspend mode only?

There was a program called SafeSleepOnce for Snow Leopard - but it is not working on Lion anymore.

Thanks for hints

I had the previous release installed on an MBP that died last Xmas (not because of it, mind you.). Used to be free, now apparently he has gone commercial. Don't understand the pricing scheme. Thru Esellerate, he wants $5.99. Thru the App Store he wants $3.99, but warns that Lion users wait for review approval.

But it does what you want.
