what is the correct way of linking various iphones to imatch and icloud

I currently joined the iphone family. I bought my daughter an iphone 4 and my wife and self an iphone 4s. I took advantage of the icloud services for all 3 of my devices but my draw back was i had to use the sam Apple ID therefore certain apps such as find my friends does not work. also when i purchased my imatch only my phone had access to all of my library my wife and daughter only had access to the itunes purchased items. how can i fix this problem so i may take full advantage of my devices?
