Configuration profiles on the iPhone

Ok, so their is a configuration profile already on my iPhone. I need this profile for all my idevices. I unfourtantely have no copies of this configuration profile. Is their anyway to extract, export, or copy it from my iPhone? I need to put it on my other iPhone and iPod touch. Is their any PC program I can use? I am willing to download even third party.

I tried the iPhone Configuration Utility from Apple but it just detected the profile and wouldn't let me copy it.
