How are you connecting your guitar, are there any pedals involved?
Command I will open the master window on the right. Make sure under "I"nfo lower right corner next to monitor, make sure it is not turned off. If you are playing an elctric guitar, don't bother with the no feedback setting.
Make sure the volume in system prefs is up and not muted. (system prefs.sound.output)
We are having the same problem or at least a similar one, we are using an allen and heath zed10fx and while connected GB is not picking up any signal from the guitar. Thoughts?
