iPhone 4 Not Charging

I've had my iPhone 4 for around 7-8 months. Just recently, when I go to charge it through the USB and wall charger, I get an error message that says "Charging is not supported with this accessory". I have done nothing different since the first day I got it, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same issue, I suspect it may be related to the amount of power available via the usb charger.

Complicating the issue is that I have a mophie juice pack air, which should, in a just world, solve the issue by sitting between the usb power source and the iPhone.

This started with iOS 5.1, so looks like a user-unfriendly firmware update to me. The whole approach to charging has been absurdly picky from day one, and frankly appallingly greedy. Does Apple really think we're that dumb?

I could see charging at 500mA if there's a question about the charger, but to throw up it's hands and refuse is just stupid.
