Disclaimer: I'm a total n00b in Aperture (on trial now) and tried finding the answers by searching these forums and google, but I might oversee the obvious answers if there are any...

Today I shot a series of RAW+ on my Casio Exilim EX-F1, which means that it saves the raw pics as DNG and couples it with jpeg. On the memory card they are saved in two different folders. When the card is inserted in my MBP, Aperture recognizes all jpegs but not the dng's. I cannot find a way to point Aperture the way to the correct folder on the card.

Now what?

The answer is Yes. But the way I imported seems a bit odd, given the advertised worksflow of Aperture.

By choosing 'File/Import/Folders as Projects' I was able to select the RAW folder on my card, which imported without any problem.

One question remains: why doesn't Aperture recognize the DNG files on the card?
