how do I remove a video filter?

I'm trying to figure out how to pull the filter off the video or revert it to the original - is there a way to do this? It was put on the other day and now I'd like to remove it. I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm new to this so...any help is appreciated!

Select the clip, then press Cmd+4 to open the Inspector.

Select the filter then press Delete (Backspace).

To disable the filter rather than delete it, click the blue square in the Inspector - next to the filter.
