My iOS device doesn't synchronize

IT synchronized before I updated to Lion my Mac. I haven't changed anything in my iPhone but right now it doesn't synchronize. It seems to be connecting with icloud all the time but it doesn't synchronize. As it seems to be connecting everytime my battery lasts for half a day without using the iPhone.... can you help me to configure correctly the device?
