Apr 15, 2012 11:54 PM in response to Keldakatby srogro2,Hi - I have exactly the same issue, and it's really frustrating! I have a new iPhone 4s and a new iPad. I use Outlook 2010 on my PC. The synch works fine on my phone but not on my iPad. Surely it's the same process on both?!! I also can't set up one of my mail accounts (an Exchange account) to come onto my iPad. Again this works fine on my phone but won't work on the iPad. Come on Apple - surely these are using the same operating system so should be identical? What's going on? Is this an attempt to force us all to use iCloud? Or will it even work if I try that route? I'm loving 90% of my new kit - but if you want SME business users of which there are loads, the key business synch's have to work.
It's also frustrating not to get Apple staffers replying quickly here - I'd expect you to be all over this like a rash if it's a real support community. Perhaps I'll get a better response on Twitter?
