    Connect the iPod to the iTunes library you normally sync it with.  Upon properly disconnecting it again, you should or may find that it is now unlocked.  If it is, make sure to either disable the combination lock altogether or change the passcode.

     

    Otherwise, if that does not work, your only other option is to restore the iPod to factory settings in iTunes.
