I saw your great examples,thought of scrolling either across or down to get more real estate.....ADVICE??

I saw your other web site[NET} that scrolls down,you maximized real estate there.

is that for lap top od MAC stationary.

I want to do both...or put limk in I pad......to go to bigger screen resolution if they have laptop.

What do you recomend for bigger real estate of laptops,your .net site is great and well organized.

Everything is there.

Do you design for others??

The Made for iPad sites are an excercise to see what can be done with a fixed size webpage for an iPad.

Plus it's a show case with all these custom menus. The how-to pages.

I don't make webpage for specific computers. And I don't design for others.

Some other pages are from the era when monitors were 1024 wide.

The main page on the site is a template that has a variable main content. It's to wide on a large screen. Reading text wall-to-wall is very inconvenient.

On my iMac I have this JavaScript to quickly resize the browser window.

1024 wide :

javascript:self.moveTo(0,0);self.resizeTo(1024,screen.availHeight)

iPad size :

javascript:self.moveTo(0,0);self.resizeTo(768,1056);

Make them a short-cut in the menu.
