How Do I Get my Bookmarks to Sync?

My bookmarks are not syncing automatically through iCloud like they should. I checked Settings and Bookmarks are checked to sync with iCloud but they are not. Is there another setting someplace that I need to change? Everything else works fine with iCloud. I did sync the bookmarks through the computer but I want them to sync automatically.
