Just saw these tempates in the Mac Appstore.

The first ones you mention from Graphic Node does include quite a few templates though, the samples are shown at http://graphicnode.com/products/ibooks-author/ibooks-samples/
I purchased the other set you mentioned, from Jumsoft, which are lower cost but ended up using and slightly modifying one of the Apple themes.
