Getting information from a locked phone

Hi, my iphone 4s was stolen 3 days ago, as well as my house keys. The phone was locked, and it looks like they switched it off as soon as they stole it - I tried calling it within an hour, it was going straight through to voicemail. I blocked the sim as soon as I found it was stolen. My main worry now is that they have my house keys as well! Is there any way they could get my address from the information on the phone, ie. email, address book, etc? Thank you.

To get pass the lockscreen, you would have to restore the phone. If you do that on a different computer, the data can't be accessed: iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.

If you have "Find My iPhone" installed, log into iCloud to set it up to be wiped remotely:
