If your using Siri @ your home just check what data allowence you on your plan. If you have a small plan it may be wise to move up a plan and see your usage, rather than get a bill for going over your data allowence.
If your using a public wifi e.g. McDonalds Siri may not work depending on how many other people are hooked into the same wifi at the time.
