zoom not working on trackpad . it is checked on in system preference

Try unchecking it and close System Preferences. Then reverse these steps. See if it works or not. If not, try restarting the computer.

Hello, I tried the same but still not working on the trackpad (both +/- zoom and smart zoom). Could you let me have some more ideas? thank you very much!
