Can you use *69 on your iphone?

Yes there is, simply turn off your caller ID. If you go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and switch it off. You will no longer show what number you are calling from.

Also is this is a Verizon iPhone, that setting does not exist. You have to set caller ID blocking through your account online.
