If the Nokia supports storing contacts on the SIM card and the Nokia uses a micro-SIM card, the iPhone includes an option to import contacts from a SIM card stored on the SIM card with another phone. If a full size SIM card, you can try cutting the SIM card down to micro-SIM card size. Do a Google search for this.

Or certainly Nokia provides an option for syncing contacts with a supported address book app on your computer?

If so, with Windoze the iPhone supports syncing contacts with Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 along with syncing calendar events and notes, or with the address book app used by Outlook Express with XP and by Windows Mail with Vista and Windows 7 called Windows Contacts. The Address Book app with a Mac.

You need to get your Nokia contacts in a supported address book app on your computer - however Nokia provides for this.
