Having trouble with device driver not recognized with the new iPod Nano, as well as my iPhone5. I have read all of the support documents on this topic and have 1) deleted drivers and rebooted, 2) uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, and 3) worked with the Apple Mobile Device.
By luck, I was able to get the Nano to synch to iTunes 1 time after removing some drivers and rebooting, but have not had the luck of it working again.
For the love of god, does someone have a solution for this problem because at this point I'm only becoming an expert at rebooting my PC?
Did you try to remove and reinstall all Apple related software, including QuickTime?

Did you try another PC?
I can see that many people have the same problem and nobody can fix it. Apple stinks!!
