safari for windows uses my current location for search engine results

I am sorry if I post this is in the wrong forum.

I am using Safari for windows browser on a pc (windows 7). How can I setup safari brower to not use my current location(Jp) but to use usa to when I use the native sarfari search tab. Each time I click on the search icon, it loads up search results from japan. I can scroll to the bottom of the page and set it back to usa, but when I reopen safari, it sends me back to japan search results.
