Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have had my iPod nano (6th generation) for a few months, and until a few days ago, I was able to sync it to my iMac. Now, however, I get this error message: "The iPod Sheila's iPod cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019)." How do I fix this irritating problem?

I had not been able to find anything when I searched for "error 13019", but after you sent me the link, I tried those suggestions, and they worked. Apparently one podcast was the problem. After I deselected it, I was able to sync the iPod. Thanks!
