Q: Hi I'm having a problem with my Itunes and Apple TV losing connection after 5 or 10 minutes..

I then have to turn off my itunes on my computer and open it again and recennect to Apple TV but this only lasts a few minutes.

I recently changed internet provider and a new router - so I may have missed something but I don't know what it was working prefectly previously with the old router

Sounds likely it's the new router or its configuration if you're on wi-fi.

Poor signal and/or interference may be the cause.

Connect via ethernet if you can - does that solve it?
