The Software Update Server (10.10.10.10) is not responding.

Question

The Software Update Server (10.10.10.10) is not responding.

Evry time I try to check the updates I am getting the error :"The Software Update Server (10.10.10.10) is not responding."
as you can see in the screen shot

i am running on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3

can you help me with this issue

It means that your computer is configured to use a software update server other than Apple's, and that server is not responding. Check with your network / server administrators regarding that server.
