Stated requirements for 10.5 include 867 MHz or faster processor.
You have reached the max OS for your PowerBook. OS 10.5 requires a minimum 867mHz processor to install, plus the video harware in that model will probably not support 10.5.
There as third-party hacks that get arround the 867 processor requirement but, believe me, you would have a nearly unusable computer unless you like to wait for things to happen.
Even if you had the required speed, Tiger is considered the optimum OS for your Titanium PB.
Bring its memory up to full capacity (1 GB) and a bigger hard disk and you will be pleased with its longevity.
