iWork in iCloud telling me to open Pages (or other apps) and turn on iCloud but it's already on!!

I am trying to access my documents in iCloud but when I go into iWork online in iCloud.com it tells me to go into the respective app (pages/keynote&numbers) and turn on iCloud.

Firstly I can't find where to turn on iCloud within the apps themselves! You can turn on iCloud in their preferences in System Pref's app but I have done this. I have also turned off iCloud, rebooted the apps and hard reset the iPad & iPhone I'm using and then turned it all back on again with no luck!

How do I get iCloud.com iWork to recognise that I have iCloud turned on!?!

I can't access any document in iCloud.com!

Any suggestions?

System preferences is a term which applies to the mac, are you sure you have turned iCloud on for each app on your iOS device (settings > pages/keynote/numbers)

Thanks for the reply WC.

You are correct the term I used is for the Mac but I meant it for the iOS devices.

So I have indeed turned ON iCloud for each of the apps on both my iPad 2 3G and my iPhone 4 in the Settings App.

Of interest, are you using the same ID for iCloud as you did for purchasing the iWorks apps through the app store and through MAS.
