I have an iPhone and use Roadrunner as my email server. When I open RR it gives me 4 choices, inbox, drafts, sent and trash. I would like to add saved, how can I do this. I contacted RR and they said it is an Apple problem to solve.

I do not believe this is possible. Devices simply allow you to view, send, and reply to mail messages! And of course with your drafts etc, however as far as adding a file such as "Saved" I do not recon thisis a possibility.
Roadrunner is POP email, and the feature you are looking for
is a function of IMAP email. Roadrunner has not announced
any plans to make IMAP available. If this is important to you,
get a gmail account (which can be setup as IMAP) and configure
your Roadrunner account to automatically forward emails to the
gmail account.
Not an Apple problem at all. The problem is you have a POP account & server based folders are not a feature of POP accounts. Either get a new mail provider that offers IMAP or complain to RR to offer IMAP.

What I have done is keep my RR account on my iphone and added a gmail account, so if I get an email that I want to save, I merely send it to my gmail and put it in important file. I tried it and it works. Then, I can look at the message at a later time. Again, thanks for your informati0on and suggestions.
