Fotostream kann nicht aktualisiert werden

Sobald ich ein Bild in den /upload Ordner ablege erhalte ich diese Nachricht von iCloud.

Das passiert seit 2-3 Wochen.

auf Windows 7 Home Premium (Version 6.1.7 SP1)

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
