Ok, if I downloaded the right stuff this thing does install a launchagent and daemon:

/Library/LaunchAgents/com.flipvideo.FlipShare.AutoRun.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.flipvideo.FlipShareServer.launchd.plist

But look for the following:

/Library/Application Support/Flip Video/FlipShare Uninstaller.app

Run that ti uninstall this mess (mess IMO because it spray crap all over your system, incluuding a driver). If that uninstaller doesn't ask for reboot, they you must reboot.

Well I can pretty much guarantee you in one or more of the places I listed earlier there is someting launching that process you are seeing. These things just to start on their own.

Note, based on your replies I don't think you realize there's a difference between your home directory and the boot volume directory. You home directory has, for example an Applications Support directory too in a directory also called Library. I am not talking about that one. I am talking about the Library in you boot volume and the Application Support directory within that. Two different Library's and two different Application Support folders.
