Q: 2,bought in Canada if traveling to other countries can I automatically charged from 110 to 220 volts

I bought iPad 2 in Canada. Voltage here is 110 v,if I travel to country with 220 volts, can I charged in this power, will it automatically change or switch?

No problem.

The charger will auto-switch from 110V to 220V (the charger is rated from 100V to 240V)
