Apple Id free app problem

i got the same experienced with you, what you have to do is create a new account.

first make sure you aren't logging in with your old account and then browse what free apps you wanna download and then you will be ask to create a new account, choose the payment method with ("none") and continue the procedural.

No not really you just go to account and edit and delete or you can always google how you can delete an apple account.

Just be careful with deleting an account. If you purchased any items for iTunes/App store with that account you will not be able to update or transfer them to a computer since purchases are locked to the account that purchased them.

You cannot.

That is absolutely fine. You really need to register a payment option like a credit card. A sort of identity authentication. It won't charge you with anything if you download free apps. Just be sure that it is free, or else, you will be paying for it without you even aware of it.
