my phone is not working after update

MT PHONE IS NOT WORKING AFTER I RESET MY SETTINGS I CAN SEE ONLY APPLE LOGO AFTER THIS UPDATE I CANT ATLEST OFF MY PFONE NOW ALSO THE APPLE LOGO IN MY SREEN
