if the basic troublehsooting steps outlined in the User Guide fail to reasolve your issue (restart, reset, restor from backup, restore as new device), then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible exchange.

Thanks for responding.
Till now i did some troubleshooting. A restart I did, I did a restore from backup and now (While I'm typing this message) I restoring my phone as a new device. So let's hope and pray ;-)
Can I alsi give the device a reset? How to realize?
