Q: for 24 hours I get the message "appleTV  can't connect to the server at this time. please try later.

For 24 hours I can access "Netflix". I get the message "appleTV can't conect to the server at this time. Please try later." What can I do?

 

I can access netflix from my computer and iPad.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

     

    Try pulling the plug on the Apple TV, you might also try restarting your router.

    I am having a similar problem and have tried what Mr. Churchill suggested many time without luck.

    It's like the Apple Tv is no longer connected with the TV which works fine. The Apple Tv remote still works but there TV screen remains blank. It was working fine for two weeks - streaming movies, music, photos and youtube. Any other suggestions to get it back to talking to the TV?
