Howcan I refresh safari so that I can see the latest updates on my website?

After a page has loaded, in the URL address window is a circular ion at the right. Select the icon reload or refresh the page.

I tried that Allan and it didn't work. BUT...after about 30 minutes it cleared the cache and now it is OK ...Thanks
