compressor won't work

Hi there,

I am having problems with compressor 3.5.3 which seems to be stuck ...

When I import QT mov(s) after opening Compressor, and submit after checking settings and destinations, the history window opens, I see under the status bar

....remaining, but nothing moves in the status bar, as it used to do before I get my problems.

I have tried a few things

- restart

- trash preferences

-use different sources and targets

nothing seems to makes compressor work.

Seems like it is waiting for something...

Today I also tried "send to compressor" from FCP ...the history windows opens and nothing seems to work....

Can someone please help ?
