My course is not appearing on iTunes U

How can I get iTunes U to find my course and it's content? I have tried searching the catalog and it is not public. I also tried talking with my school's IT department but they sent me here. Everyone else in my class has their iTunes U working so I know the course is there its just not registering me. I'm registered in the course, I double checked that just in case. Also under the my curses part of iTunes U it shows a course which I am not in. I have also attempted using iTunes U on a few different computers. Please help me resolve this issue.
