Q: Need to convert OLD unknown FAX files from vintage 1999 Mac.

Hello, all;

have some OLD fax files created back in 1999 by some now-forgotten Mac software on an old PowerPC 6100 Mac. ResEdit says they are Type "RFax", and Creator is "FM01". Can someone tell me the program that created these, and/or how to convert these to something like a JPEG or PDF? I have several Macs, and the oldest can still run Classic applicaitons if that helps. 

I have tried changing the extension to .tif, (that works on some types of FAX files), but that did not work on these.
