I rented 2 movies on my home pc and am trying to transfer them to my ipad for travel. It will not transfer either movie. This happened last year and a very nice man helped me remove them from my itunes accoutn and transfer them directly to my ipad. How do I get access to the 2 movies that I rented?

no i have not. i rented them and am just trying to transfer them
I had the same error last year and in order to fix it, they had to remove the rentals from my itunes account and add them directly to my ipad for download. But I cannot get to a live person to help me.
Have you tried to download it on the iOS from the iOS yet instead of syncing?

iTunes support would be the ones to do that then. They don't have phone support. You email them from express lane.apple.com
