i have recently created a 2nd itunes account and purchased new songs and they play fine on ipod (classic) but songs from old account wont play at all? how can i fix this?

What happens when you try to play them on your iPod Classic?  Have you tried a hard reset to see if that does anything? To do this, first make sure the hold switch is not in the On position, then press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
