Okay, I finally broke down and bought an iPad. Now I've come across my first problem. It won't let me move my icons from one home page to another. When I select the icon and wait till it wiggles, then try to drag it to the right or left to a different home screen, it just pops right back to where it was once I get to the right or left handed side of the screen. What's up with that? I move icons all the time on my iPhone with no problems. Is there a way to fix this? I can rearrange my home screen icons using my computer and itunes but I want to be able to do it on the iPad.

It does take practice and you have to patient - just drag the icon about halfway over to the next screen - and hold the icon there - the screen will jump.

However, you can do this as well. Remove an app from the dock at the bottom of the iPad and drag the icon that you want to move to the next screen into that place on the dock. Swipe to the screen that you want to put that app icon onto and drag it off of the dock. In other words - use the dock as your app carrier to the next screen - remove the apps from the dock - rinse and repeat.

Replace the apps in the dock when you are done.
