Is this message on the phone or within iTunes on he computer? There is no Recycle Bin on the iPhone.

Try emptying the Recycling Bin on your Windows desktop.

I still have 150GB free space on my computer.
same here. I've tried to delete Dexter over and over again, from my iPad2 and from iTunes. It's still there, and refusing to sync. Windows 7 with about 30gb free.
What anti-virus package do you have? It may be preventing iTunes from creating temporary files, with iTunes giving an error message that doesn't really reflect the true nature of the problem.
