Viber messaging issue!

I have I phone 4 with latest updates.

since today morning non of my messages are sent. they are all on "sending"... It was working perfectly last night!

I really need to solve it! help plz!

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1, Viber 2.1.4.731

Hi,


This issue could have a few different reasons.

1. First, please make sure both you and the sender of the photo are connected to a stable internet network.

2. Also, please make sure both of you are running the latest version of Viber (from AppStore/Market).

3. Now, after having the latest version installed, please reboot both phones and try to send a photo again. Does the problem persist?

Here's what Viber has said, according to their site (http://helpme.viber.com/):


"Momentarily we are experiencing some issues with service. This may affect registration, connectivity, and contact syncing. This is related to our hosting provider (Amazon) and is likely affecting many of their customers. -- Amazon is on it and we will update as soon as we know more.

Our Apologies and thanks for your patience."

Hello Viber Team. What should I do if my Viber messages are not being delivered? The messages always say "sent", NEVER "delivered". I just downloaded the app yesterday. It was working perfectly fine yesterday, but then today I started have this problem. I downloaded viber on my ipod touch 32gb 4th generation, it is running on 6ios, and I downloaded the new viber version (2.3). Please help me!

When you send a message, "Delivered" means the message has been received on the other side's phone (they're online). If you only see "Sent", it means it's been sent from you, but pending the other side to come online (they're offline at the moment). So, if messages remain at "Sent" and do not become "Delivered", you might want to check with your destination contact whether or not they are connected to the internet.
