I can't login in app store

I would buy 'Lion" in the App store but it isn't possible.
I received the error message:
your computer can't verified, contact please Support for help.
The login in Itunes with the same name and password is possible.
What to do, so I can buy apps in the store for my iMac and Macbook Air.

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

You need to upgrade to OSX 10.6.8 and then use the App Store on your dock.

(Intel Core 2 Duo cpu at least)

Can you download a free app for the Mac from the App Store?

I type my Apple ID and my pasword, en then I received the error message: your computer can't verified, please contact Support for help.

You did not answer my question "What CPU is your computer?"

Remember only Intel Core 2 Duo or above can download Lion OSX 10.7.3.
