My late 2010 MacPro on Lion won't shutdown properly

Hi!

Ever since I've installed Lion on my Late 2010 MacPro I had a problem shuting it down.

Everytime I select the Shutdown option from the Apple drop down menu, Instead of shuting down the MacPro, it does a Restart.

Only after my MacPro as complete is re-start that I can shut-it down properly.

I always have to do it in two passes.

Any clue on how to fix this issue?

Try Pressing, Not Holding, the power button. That should bring up a windows that has Restart, Sleep, Cancel and Shut Down buttons on it. Hit the Shut down button or just press the Enter/Return key.

See if that shuts it down properly.

It didn't help... again the Mac seems to be shutting down but at the end... I hear the chime telling me that a restart just occured...

If I choose shutdown again, this time it shutdown. always after 2 passes reboot.
