I had an unknown purchase on my last iTunes receipt and tried to report it in the iTunes store on both my iPod Touch 4G and my Windows XP SP3 PC and I get redirected to the Apple Support Home Page every time. It's been three days and I want my $8 back. I can't have a hope of this if I can't report the problem. I'm frustrated and a little annoyed that Expres Lane isn't quicker to respond with something helpful. Updating does nothing since I have the current version.
