  1. Connect your iPad to your computer
  2. Launch iTunes
  3. Click on the iPad name on the left side of iTunes under Devices
  4. Click on the Apps Tab in the iTunes window on the right
  5. Click on all of the apps that you would like to sync
  6. Click on the Sync Apps heading above the window of apps
  7. Click on Apply - or Sync - in the lower right corner of iTunes
