My YouTube account has been enabled to upload videos longer than 15 minutes, so why is FCPX saying I can't
upload a video longer than 15 minutes in the Share to YouTube dialogue box?
I have constant problem with the Share function. Use Compressor instead and upload via Safari
For me, sharing to YouTube has worked flawlessly, until now. I use it all the time. I love the feature, but there seems to be a disconnect in how FCPX is seeing my account.
There are many complains on this forum like you have. I do not use the Share function anymore. Compressor never fails and I would say Compressor is a must have.
How do you upload to youtube using Safari? I am trying to upload a video longer than 15 minutes but I can not get the upload button on youtube to work.
Is it because I am on an Ipad3?

Having the same issue with iMove 11. Can't share over 15 minutes, even though my YouTube account has no limits.
Yep, this worked previously to 10.0.4 for me.
I don't want to send to Compressor or any other way, I just want it to work again. Workarounds are nice, but the sharing method saves me from having to setup other things or require later intervention.
