No such option as "Look for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad Remotes"

I have iTunes version 10.5.3.3 installed on my laptop running Windows 7, and I simply can not see the

"Look for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad Remotes"

option anywhere in the preferences windo when I click the Devices tab.
