Please describe what you are doing in a little more detail around the problem you're seeing, and particularly what is happening when you are seeing Skype reopen itself.
Are you logging out and later back in, and now seeing Skype active; reopen itself?
Do you have Skype set as a login item? (That can open Skype at login.)
If you're seeing an error with Skype, have you quit Skpe and moved the current Skype application bundle to the trash and then downloaded a new copy of Skype; re-loading the application?
This problem appeared after I added one of my friend's Skype name. And I have removed the skype application many times but still doesn't work.
Oh, I still having an application called webcalldirect (www.webcalldirect.com) that can't be used as well. the problem is: When I speak another side can't hear me , and when another side speak I can't hear as well. I don't know why , but I used to use it well about two moths ago.
When describing this or most any other error, please refrain from using phrases such as "doesn't work" or analogous; we need to know what doesn't work, what happens, etc. Specific details are very much necessary here.

Launch the Console.app tool from Applications > Utilities, try launching Skpye, and see if there are any Skype-related errors listed in the logs. If so, post them.
Are the Skype and the webcalldirect issues related in any way that you're aware of? Have you been having audio issues with Skype? Is your Mac possibly failing?
Your other option is to get somebody at the local Apple Genius Bar or such to have a look at this system, if the box is under software support.

Well, skype and webcalldirect are different, webcalldirect is a program to make call from computer to cell phone, I can make call as usual but just having trouble with sound it is silence forever I don't know how to use and I brought this mac to the apple store authorized but he didn't know the solution as well because he never know the programe i use (webcalldirect).
On no details, I'll assume the speakers and input work; the Apple store probably checked that.
There are other various voice over IP (VoIP) packages and providers; if that one doesn't work, either check with the vendor for the package, or try a different package.
If the folks you are communicating with also have OS X systems, then you can use iChat (or the Messages betta) for voice and video.

Yes; I previously located that site, and I'm not inclined to install that software on any of the local OS X systems.
There is little or no troubleshooting information posted, and no obvious FAQ.
There is a webcalldirect customer support, however.
Given this tool is not working and given you've hopefully already contacted the vendor support folks, drag the tool to the trashcan and replace it with some other VOIP package that works.
