Some versions are not showing up.

I use folders to organize the types of photos (travel, events, parties, etc.), then projects for each "event" where the master are contained. Then within the project I create an album that holds the photos that I have edited, etc. and selected as those that I wish to be part of the album.

In some albums, none of the photos show up.

I have held down the option and command keys when opening Aperture to troubleshoot. The first time, I selected the second option. Nothing changed. The second time, I selected the first option. Still nothing.

Any ideas?

Aperture 3, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Are you sure that you have cleared any filters? Click the "x" at the right side of the Browser search field. The text showing should say "Unrated or Better".

And just to confirm, these are (regular) Albums, not Smart Albums?

What happens if you drag an Image from a Project into one of the Albums? Does the count increase? Can you see it when you select the Album?

The fields are clear. I just tried moving a photo from the master project to the album, and the album then had only one version. When I undid that action, the album now has zero versions. So there appears to be a larger problem if my albums aren't showing any versions. I have a LOT where this is the case.

What type of Albums, regular or smart? Where are you looking for the images in the album, in the folder, other?

Reglar albums.

Nothing shows up when I select the albums, be it in browser, split view or viewer.

I popoulate them by dragging the images from the project to the album. I have other albums that I've made using the exact same technique, and those albums do contain photos, which I am able to see.

Can you replicate creating a new Album, dragging Images into it, and having none of them show in the Album when you select it?
